Lesley Stowe is the renowned Vancouver chef who created Raincoast Crisps, a cracker sold in 4,000 stores in North America. It was named one of Oprah's 10 favorite things in 2012. Lesley's crisps also won the top prize at the fancy food show in New York in 2013. Before inventing the crisps, she ran Vancouver's greatest specialty food store and supplied exquisite desserts to many of Vancouver's top restaurants.
