Please provide us with the following information:

• Your shipping address
• Your billing address
• Your purchase order number

Freight costs will be invoiced to you. (When applicable, certain carriers may choose to provide their shipping number, if they prefer.) There is no minimum quantity required for orders. The discount terms are as follows:

50% for returnable accounts

55% for nonreturnable accounts

Orders paid via credit card are nonreturnable unless a previous agreement has been made with us. Credit card orders can be made without opening a Midpoint account. You must remit payment within 30 days of placing your order.

Please direct requests for review or sample copies to the individual publisher. You can do this by selecting the appropriate publisher's page from here. You can also go directly to our catalog, find the book you would like to request, and click the "request a sample" button.

 

• A Customer who wants to purchase a Midpoint title

 

Please place your order for a Midpoint title through your preferred bookstore or internet retailer. You can use our "buy it now" button for any title in our catalog to take you to your preferred internet retailer.
