My name is Frank Cornelius Kitchen. I love educating, inspiring and entertaining audiences about life and leadership. I have used my F.R.E.S.H. and creative knowledge to assist major corporations, colleges and universities, professional associations, conventions, conferences and leadership organizations create the environments people desire to be in. I've worked with students, volunteers, entrepreneurs and professionals in 30 of the 50 United States, as well as performing for audiences in Australia and Canada.

I've worked with students, volunteers, entrepreneurs and professionals in 30 of the 50 United States, as well as performing for audiences in Australia and Canada. I was born in Bad Kreuznach, Germany. As a military brat, my family's constant travels led to very interesting life full of diverse experiences and relationships. Travel not only taught me how to connect with people, but gave me visual examples of what it takes to "Live Life." So far, I've been an actor, author, coach, educator, entertainer, entrepreneur, fundraiser, master of ceremonies and professional model. That may sound like a lot, but I still have a lot of life to live and more dreams to live. For over 20 years, I have assisted thousands individuals live their personal and professional dreams. A student leadership position in college quickly turned into a retail management and training career, that eventually evolved into position training and advising students and organizations at a small college in Ohio. My adventurous side, led to me moon-lighting as a actor and model. My love for education and entertainment forced me to make a huge decision. I left my college position to pursue a career as a professional speaker. I was encouraged by my students and close friends to pursue my speaking passion. I love what I do because I get to positively impact the lives of people. I've had the great opportunity to travel world and share my knowledge and adventures with people of all ages.
