Ralph E. Retherford
A graduate of the University of California Medical School at San Francisco, and the UCLA "Medical Acupuncture for Physicians" program, Ralph R. Retherford, M.D., is one of the pioneers of the promotion of exercise and a healthy diet to prevent heart diseas and other degenerative diseases. He has lectured widely on this, other preventative medicines, and the message of the mind-body connection. Dr. Retherford believes that many of our injuries and illnesses flow out of undercurrents in our lives - When you are able to pinpoint the origin of your illness or injury, your rate of improvement is often twofold. He currently heads the Center for Mind-Body Healing in Sonora, California, where he resides.
