Rosa Morelli This is Rosa's first book. She was raised by parents who emigrated from Italy to Australia, exposing Rosa to the traditional Italian cuisine they were accustomed to back home. In the last five years, Rosa has often travelled to her home village in Italy and other Mediterranean countries to learn the authentic recipes and techniques included in this book.
