His first career was in engineering.

As HR leader, he built the AT&T Fixed Wireless initiative, Project Angel, from scratch to a full business unit in ten states. Previously he was HR Director for a software division and HR Manager for a unionized pulp and paper mill. He is an expert in managing companies
