Forensic expert Dub Walker is relentless in his efforts to solve crimes and bring the perpetrators to justice. But the assassination of Walter Whitiker as he leaves prison is not as simple as it seems. Dub and his colleagues T-Tommy Tortelli, a homicide investigator, and Dub’s ex-wife Claire McBride, a TV reporter, are pretty certain that Tim and Martha Foster are the shooters. After all, Whitiker murdered their only child and then, due to a technicality served only months in prison. While there he taunted and threatened the Fosters from his cell. But the Fosters may not be the only ones who want Whitiker dead.
